About IAAP IAAP was founded in 1942 and
is the world’s largest association for administrative support staff with
more than 40,000 members and affiliates worldwide. The association
works to educate employers and the public about the value of
administrative professionals and the advantages of an administrative
career. IAAP is a non-profit
association that provides industry-recognized research and educational
activities. IAAP’s purpose is to provide
